LPS

LPS stands for Large Polyp Stony. LPS coral have large fleshy polyps that generally easier to care for, but can also be more aggressive with a strong stinging capacity. Other than the fact that LPS coral have larger polyps, LPS corals also tend to be a little less demanding than their smaller SPS cousins.
